A man accused of dousing people with bear spray will remain in custody for at least another month.
27-Year-old Jason Charles Biggar returned to Woodstock Provincial Court last week for a scheduled trial.
However the hearing was adjourned and Biggar was taken back into custody.
Biggar had previously pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault, unlawfully entering a dwelling and possession of a dangerous weapon.
All of the charges are in connection with an incident on Prince William Street in June.
Police say a man entered a home and began spraying people with what witnesses described as bear mace.
Biggar will return to court on September 17th.
