There were no injuries but the driver of a car had quite the surprise Thursday, August 16, while driving on the Trans-Canada Highway near Nackawic.

Around 5:30 p.m., a tractor-trailer lost a u-joint on the highway, causing it to break down.

The woman driving behind the truck struck the part, ending up with a flat tire.

Crews had a difficult time removing the truck because the brakes had seized.

The truck was finally able to be moved around 9 p.m.
