RCMP say charges are likely to be laid in connection with a motor vehicle accident near Woodstock.

Tuesday night, July 10, District 7 RCMP responded to the crash between an off-road dirt-bike and a transport truck where the Beardsly Road meets Poplar Street.

The dirt-bike struck the rear-axel of the transport which wasn't hauling anything at the time.

Sergeant Tammy Ward says a man and a woman who are both in their 20s were on the dirt-bike and were both injured.

She says they are both recovering and are expected to be fine.

Ward says the driver of the dirt-bike is expected to be charged under the motor vehicle act.
