I would like to nominate my mother, Fran Briggs, of Meductic for the roses giveaway.

Mom is a very unselfish person.  Mom takes care of seniors and people who need in home assistance with great respect and dignity.  Mom is a real believer of the saying "pay it forward", always taking a home cooked meal or cookies to someone who lives alone and may appreciate something homemade. Mom and my Dad both have been there for me on numerous occasions, always willing to help me out around my small farm doing repairs, feeding animals, cleaning my house, keeping my wood furnace going while I am at work. They do this willingly out of love, never expecting a thing in return.

So many people do so many wonderful things for others and never receive the recognition they deserve.  This is my way of showing my parents how much they are loved and respected in our small community of Meductic.
