The Kentucky HeadHunters have been touring of late in support of their new album, Dixie Lullabies, their first in 8 years.

Outdoors Woman Camp Experience

Becoming an Outdoors Woman (BOW) is an outdoor skills program that offers women 18 years of age or older a chance to grow. The workshops introduce women to a variety of activities well balanced and usually associated with hunting, fishing and non-harvest sports like canoeing, camping, nature crafts, gardening or woodworking.
The Outdoors Woman Experience will be held June 1 to 3 at Greenhill Lake Camp (near Crabbe Mountain Ski Hill), Lower Hainesville. Hartland Trade Show - 4-6 May, 2012:

DunRoamin will have a booth set up at the Hartland Arena on Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday afternoon, They’ll be talking to the public about fostering, adopting, volunteering, spaying and neutering, etc, as well as selling pet items, mugs, water bottles, 50-50 tickets, etc to raise money to care for the strays.

Woodstock Women’s Trade Show, 12 May, 2012:

This show runs from 9 am – 6 pm on Saturday at the Woodstock Civic Centre, and a booth will be set up there.

Florenceville-Bristol Community-Wide Yard Sale, 19 May, 2012:

This yearly yard sale will take place from 8 am – 1 pm at 91 Burnham Road in Florenceville (beside the McCain potato barns), and donated items may be dropped off in the evenings beginning Wednesday, May 16th. It will take place indoors, but it may be cool, so please bring a jacket, just in case! Donated items are gratefully accepted, and volunteers are welcome.
